Federal Resources (US Small Business Administration or SBA)

The SBA is offering low interest, federal disaster loans to qualified small businesses, including private non-profit organizations and agricultural businesses, impacted by the coronavirus here.

Known as the Paycheck Protection Program, the SBA also offers loans that help businesses keep their workforce employed. Loans will be forgiven if all employees are kept on the payroll for 8 weeks and the money is used for utilities, payroll, rent, et cetera. The Express Bridge loan program allows SBA Express Lenders to deliver expedited federally guaranteed financing.

Yes, the Small Business Development Centers of Pennsylvania has a disruption recovery page with helpful links, webinars and checklists. Statewide grant funds have been allocated to the Main Street Business Revitalization Program ($100 million), the Historically Disadvantaged Business Revitalization Program ($100 million) and the loan payment deferment and loss reserve ($25 million).
