Night Lights Recalled by AM Conservation Group

PITTSBURGH – Duquesne Light has been informed by night light distributor, AM Conservation Group, and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) that luminescent night lights provided by AM Conservation Group can overheat, posing a potential fire hazard, and should be discarded. More information about the CPSC and AM Conservation Group recall summary can be found here.

While approximately 2,800 of these night lights were distributed at community events and during the 2017 Pittsburgh Home & Garden Show at the Company’s Watt Choices booth, Duquesne Light has not received any customer reports of defective night lights. No other night lights are included in this recall.

Customers can receive a replacement night light by contacting AM Conservation Group toll free at 866-878-1060 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT Monday through Friday or visit www.amconservationgroup.com and click on “Product Recall” for more information.
