Restore your electric service online

If you are a residential customer shut-off for non-payment within the past 30 days, login or register for an online account to restore your service. Our online process provides the same payment options as our Customer Service representatives. Skip the phone call and restore your service faster.

  1. Click Restore my Service
  2. You will be presented with an amount required to reconnect your service, as well as medical/utility rights and payment assistance options.
  3. You can request help paying the deposit amount or you may be eligible for a payment arrangement.

Most restorations occur within 60 minutes after a successful payment submission, but it could take up to 24 hours. Restoral of service only occurs between 4 a.m. and 7 p.m. on operating business days. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will be restored the following business day.

Note: if your power has been shut-off for more than thirty days, please submit a request to start service.
