  • Customers using Version 3.3 or lower of the DLC Mobile App must upgrade to the latest version available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store by May 1, 2025 to continue use of the application. 
  • Beware of scammers! The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) has issued a consumer alert about suspicious phone calls impersonating the PUC. Learn how to identify and report scams.
