Duquesne Light Company and Allconnect Partner to Offer Customers a One-Stop Resource for Home Service Choices
PITTSBURGH – Pittsburgh-based Duquesne Light Company and Atlanta-based Allconnect, Inc., today announced their partnership to offer Allconnect’s Move Advisor service, a free, one-stop resource for Duquesne Light customers to receive personalized assistance with home service choices.
When customers contact Duquesne Light to transfer or establish electric service, they now have the option to speak with an Allconnect Home Service Advisor who reviews the numerous home services options specifically available at their new address, including satellite TV, cable TV, Internet, phone and home security systems. By leveraging proprietary technology and analytics, Allconnect is able to identify promotions and bundles specific to the customer’s needs, then provides end-to-end service, including order placement and installation scheduling.
“At Duquesne Light, we are always looking for opportunities to better serve our customers,” said Campbell Hawkins, Vice President of Customer Service. “With the help of Allconnect, Duquesne Light customers now have access to a service that can alleviate some of the stress associated with moving.”
Duquesne Light provides electricity to more than a half million customers in Southwestern Pennsylvania. With the addition of Duquesne Light customers, Allconnect reaches more than 50 million households throughout the country.
“We pride ourselves on making things easier for our partners—and for their customers,” said Sam Howe, Allconnect CEO. “We look forward to working with Duquesne Light and serving the people of the Pittsburgh region.”
