Carnegie Science Center is once again teaming up with Duquesne Light Company to offer free admission on DLC Community Day, which will feature programming for all ages on Monday, Jan. 16 -- Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Thanks to Duquesne Light’s sponsorship, all visitors will enjoy free general admission, parking, and an Omnimax film on Jan. 16. The Science Center will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

During this special day, visitors will be able to explore the Science Center’s four floors of hands-on exhibits plus Highmark SportsWorks® and will have the opportunity to watch Omnimax film Sea Monsters on the biggest screen in Pittsburgh.

Several live science demonstration shows will be available. Visitors can take a trek through the human body with Tasteful Tidbits and It's Alimentary, Watson presented in the Body Stage. The Energy Show and High Voltage will be presented in the Works Theater.
