The newest episode of Duquesne Light’s online documentary series, “Life Behind the Lines,” depicts how DLC employees step up to keep our customers’ lives on in the event of a storm.
As with other “Life Behind the Lines” episodes, the segment features DLC employees, and demonstrates how everyone from our crews in the field to those in the Operations Center, Customer Contact Center and other areas of the business help to maintain the fastest power restoration time in the state, even when Mother Nature is at her worst.
