Payment Options: Commercial Customers

AUTOPAY

• Enroll in AutoPay for your monthly payment to automatically deduct from your bank account on the due date.

PAY ONLINE

• Make an instant payment with your credit/debit card, bank account or digital wallet options including Apple Pay, Google Pay™, PayPal and Venmo. You can also pay as guest. No fees apply. 
• Schedule a payment with your bank account.

PAY BY AUTOMATED PHONE SERVICE

• Call 888-393-7100 to pay with your bank account or credit/debit card. No fees apply. 

PAY BY MOBILE APP

• Make a payment on the DLC Mobile App, available for download on the Apple Store or Google Play.

PAY IN PERSON 

• Find a Western Union Quick Collect location. Use city code: DUQUESNE PA. A $1.50 fee applies.
• Find a local Walmart. Provide your DLC bill and use code WMBP.  Sign up on Walmart.com, the Walmart App, or in person to register as a Walmart customer. A $2 fee applies.

PAY BY MAIL

• Use the self-addressed envelope provided with your bill or send your check payment and remittance stub at the bottom of your bill to: Duquesne Light Company: PO Box 371324 Pittsburgh, PA 15250-7324.
