To increase our veteran applicant pool, recognize all DLC employees of veteran status, and expand our efforts to train, develop, and retain the right employees.
OUR FOCUS ON VETS CONTINUES LONG AFTER YOU'RE HIRED
DLC recognition lunch for veteran employees. Held annually, this event honors our veterans and provides an opportunity to be recognized by leadership for their service. Additionally, we recognize deployed employees and celebrate their safe return.
