How it Works
Login to DLC My Account. To enroll in AutoPay, you must be the main accountholder.
You will receive a confirmation email upon enrollment. If you enroll in AutoPay before your current bill is due, pay as you usually would. Pay close attention to your upcoming bill. Your AutoPay enrollment is active when your bill states "DO NOT PAY” at the bottom of page one.

Update Information
If you are currently enrolled in this program and want to update your bank account information, you must first log in as the main account holder.
Cancellation
Cancel your AutoPay enrollment online or send an email to PaymentProcessing@duqlight.com and include your name, your DLC account number, requested cancellation date and a phone number where we can reach you.
CAP Customers
If you were a CAP customer who was removed from the CAP program for a reason other than over income, your AutoPay will be cancelled automatically, and you will need to reenroll in AutoPay.
