Earn $1 in gift card rewards for every kilowatt hour (kWh) you voluntarily conserve during Peak Saver events compared to your typical usage.
No, customers participating in budget billing, the Customer Assistance Program (CAP), the Smart Charging Rewards Program, or Net Metering Service are not eligible to enroll. Additionally, customers must demonstrate a timely payment history to enroll.
No, a specific device or special equipment is not required to participate. DLC will use your hourly meter data to calculate how much electricity you used during each Peak Saver event and compare it to how much you typically use to calculate how much electricity you saved and your corresponding incentive amount.
By default, you'll receive Peak Saver alerts and communications by email. If you'd like to change your contact information or communication preferences, please visit your My Electric Use Portal after your enrollment is complete.
You earn $1 per kilowatt hour you save during the Peak Saver Event when compared to your typical usage over the previous 30 days using your hourly meter data. We'll notify you how much you saved following the event, and you'll receive your rewards as a digital gift card at the end of the summer.
If you'd like to cancel your enrollment, please email EnergyShift@duqlight.com.
