           Business Concierge         

The Business Concierge is a direct line to support your account and billing questions. If you need help with your municipality's accounts, call one of our specially trained Business Concierge Representatives at 412-393-7300. They are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

                New Business                

To discuss new lighting or other projects, please call 412-393-4343 to establish a work order. Be sure to take note of the work order number(s) issued to you for future reference and tracking purposes.

    Online Account Features   

• Customers can manage their DLC account when and how they want at DuquesneLight.com or on the DLC Mobile App, available on the App Store or Google Play Store.

• My Account: make payments, view usage history and enroll in programs such as e-Bill, AutoPay and Budget Billing.

• My Alerts: offers customizable account notifications for delivery via email, text and/or voice.

              Emergent Issues             

• For issues such as a downed wire or dangerous condition, contact us at 412-393-7000 to report the problem. Please encourage residents to call 9-1-1 if they experience an emergency.

• Follow our Facebook, Twitter and Nextdoor accounts as we post outage updates during storms. Customers who have an outage should report it directly online or through the DLC Mobile App. If they do not have internet access, they can report it by calling 412-393-7000. 

                Street Lighting              

• To report an outage or issue with a specific streetlight, please visit here.
• DLC offers a wide selection of lighting options and will service the system under our cost-effective maintenance program. Learn more about municipality street lighting and other requests.  

                 Avoid Scams                 

Be aware of bad actors who attempt to take advantage of you by portraying themselves as Duquesne Light Company. Customers can report any scams or deceptive marketing tactics here.

                Energy Efficiency              

Participate in DLC's energy efficiency programs to reduce operating costs by improving the efficiency of your publicly owned buildings.
