Your submission of payment through this site authorizes the withdrawal of funds from the payment method indicated in satisfaction of amounts owed for the DLC Claim Number/Case Number specified below. Payments made in an amount less than the full amount owed will be applied to the DLC Claim Number/Case Number and will be deducted from the current balance.
