A Letter of Availability provides a general confirmation that Duquesne Light Company (DLC) can serve your address or parcel with electric power. This letter is intended for planning and informational purposes only and does not include details regarding construction requirements, project timelines, service design, or cost estimates associated with extending or providing service. Please formally submit this request.

Material Lead Times & Delays: Supply chain challenges continue to impact utilities across the United States and material lead times. As your trusted energy partner, we are committed to working with our customers and suppliers to minimize the effects of these longer lead times. We recommend that you factor the possibility of supplier delays into your project timeline. Transformers are ordered upon completion of engineering designs. Lead times can vary from 12-24 months.
