Basic Eligibility

Time-of-Use Supply Rate	Peak Saver Rewards Program
No technology or device required. Not available to customers enrolled in budget billing or DLC’s Customer Assistance Program (CAP), or customers that have been enrolled in the Time-of-Use Supply Rate in the past year.	No technology or device required. Cannot also be enrolled in a DLC time-of-use rate, the Smart Charging Rewards Program, or Net Metering Service.

What rewards can I receive?

Time-of-Use Supply Rate	Peak Saver Rewards Program
Lower electricity supply rate during off-peak and super off-peak times compared to DLC’s standard supply rate throughout the entire year.	Earn $1 in gift card rewards for every kilowatt hour (kWh) you voluntarily conserve during events compared to your typical usage.

Time-of-Use Supply Rate	If you can shift your EV charging and other electric usage to off-peak and super off-peak times throughout the year, this rate may be right for you.
Peak Saver Rewards Program	If you can limit your electric use (e.g. appliances, air conditioning, pool pumps, EV charging etc.) from 3 – 9 p.m. on occasional days in the summer, this program might be right for you.

EV drivers may enroll in Time-of-Use Supply WITH EV Time-of-Use Distribution OR Peak Savers Summer Rewards Program OR Smart Charging Rewards.

Basic Eligibility

EV Time-of-Use Distribution Rate	Smart Charging Rewards Program
Must own or lease an EV. Not available to customers enrolled in budget billing or DLC’s Customer Assistance Program (CAP), or customers that have been enrolled in the EV Time-of-Use Distribution Rate in the past year. Enrolled customers must also enroll in DLC’s Time-of-Use Supply Rate or an Electric Generation Supplier rate.	Must own or lease an eligible EV model or supported charging station to participate (see program page for details). Must charge your electric vehicle at home with a Level 2 charging station. Cannot also be enrolled in a DLC time-of-use rate or the Peak Saver Rewards Program.

What rewards can I receive?

EV Time-of-Use Distribution Rate	Smart Charging Rewards Program
Lower electricity distribution rate during off-peak times compared to DLC’s standard distribution rate throughout the entire year.	Receive a $20 gift card for each month you participate in at least half of the month’s events, up to $80/year.

Time-of-Use Supply Rate with EV Time-of-Use Distribution Rate	If you can shift your EV charging and other electric usage to off-peak and super off-peak times throughout the year, these rates may be right for you.
Smart Charging Rewards Program	If you’re typically charging your EV from 3 – 9 p.m. on summer weekdays and could occasionally delay your charging, this program might be right for you.
Peak Saver Rewards Program	If you can limit your electric use (e.g. appliances, air conditioning, pool pumps, EV charging etc.) from 3 – 9 p.m. on occasional days in the summer, this program might be right for you.
