system answers, you can immediately report a power outage by following the easy steps. Please don't use the emergency number for general

Our customer service agents are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our automated phone system can answer routine
questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week when you call from either a rotary or touch-tone telephone. Just have your Duquesne Light
