Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 82 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on September 20, 2024, to become effective on October 1, 2024, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046. In Supplement No. 82, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has increased from 4.01% to 5.00% for the period October 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. The DSIC is applicable to all rate classes. The DSIC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. C.S. § 1307(e). Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 81 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on August 26, 2024, to become effective on September 25, 2024, in compliance with the Commission Order entered January 14, 2021, at Docket No. P-2020-3019522. Supplement No. 81 modifies default service supply rates contained in Rider No. 8 – Default Service Supply (“DSS”) for residential, lighting, and small commercial and industrial (“C&I”) customers. For the Application Period September 25, 2024, through November 30, 2024, the Residential, Lighting, and Small C&I unit prices have changed resulting in rate increases.

Supplement No. 81 makes an interim adjustment to the Company’s residential, lighting, and small commercial and industrial (“C&I”) rates to reflect the effects of the PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (“PJM”) 2025/2026 Base Residual Auction (“BRA”) results that were published on July 30, 2024 [2025-2026-base-residual-auction-report.ashx (pjm.com)]. The BRA results were in accordance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“FERC”) Order Granting Waiver Request, issued February 26, 2024, at FERC Docket No. ER24-1242-000. The FERC Order approved PJM’s requested delay regarding the commencement of the 2025/2026 BRA to July 17, 2024.

Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 80 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on August 15, 2024, to become effective on September 1, 2024, in compliance with the Commission Order entered January 14, 2021, at Docket No. P-2020-3019522. PaPUC Secretarial Letter dated August 23, 2024. Docket No. M-2024-3050756. SUPPLEMENT NO. 81 WAS DENIED BY THE COMMISSION AND NEVER BECAME EFFECTIVE.


Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 79 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on July 1, 2024, to become effective on September 1, 2024, in compliance with the Commission Order entered January 14, 2021, at Docket No. P-2020-3019522. Supplement No. 79 updates the supply charges for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers with monthly metered demand greater than or equal to 25 kW and less than 200 kW in Rider No. 8 – Default Service Supply. In Supplement No. 79, the supply charges for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers with monthly metered demand greater than or equal to 25 kW and less than 200 kW have decreased for the Application Period September 1, 2024, through November 30, 2024. The DSS is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. C.S. § 1307(e). Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 78 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on June 21, 2024, to become effective on July 1, 2024, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046. In Supplement No. 78, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has decreased from 4.18% to 4.01% for the period July 1, 2024, through September 30, 2024. The DSIC is applicable to all rate classes. The DSIC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. C.S. § 1307(e). Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 77 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on May 15, 2024, to become effective on June 1, 2024. Supplement No. 77 revises the transmission rates stated in Appendix A – Transmission Service Charges (“TSC”). The modified rates contained in Supplement No. 77 reflect Duquesne’s revised Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”) rate filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) dated May 15, 2024. The TSC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. C.S. § 1307(e). Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 76 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on April 30, 2024, to become effective on June 1, 2024, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered March 25, 2021, at Docket No. M-2020-3020818. Supplement No. 76 makes the annual adjustment to the Company’s Rider No. 15A - Phase IV Energy Efficiency and Conservation (“EE&C”) Surcharge as required by the provisions of the Rider. The EE&C Surcharge is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. C.S. § 1307(e). Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 75 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on April 10, 2024. By operation of law and as directed in the Commission’s Order entered April 4, 2024, at Docket No. R-2024-3046523, the application of rates proposed in Supplement No. 71 to Duquesne Light Company’s Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 25 filed on March 20, 2024, to become effective on May 20, 2024, is hereby suspended until December 20, 2024. Presently effective rates and language contained in Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 25 and Supplements thereto will continue in effect until otherwise amended. Docket No. R-2024-3046523.


Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 74 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on April 1, 2024, to become effective on June 1, 2024, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered January 14, 2021, at Docket No. P-2020-3019522. Supplement No. 76 modifies the Fixed Retail Administrative Charge (“FRA”) as required in the provisions of Rider No. 9 – Day-Ahead Hourly Price Service (“HPS”). The FRA Charge has increased from $11.45 MWH to $12.89 MWH for the Application Period June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. The FRA Charge is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. C.S. § 1307(e). Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 73 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on April 1, 2024, to become effective on June 1, 2024, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered January 14, 2021, at Docket No. P-2020-3019522. Supplement No. 73 modifies the Residential, Lighting and the Small and Medium Commercial and Industrial rates as required in the provisions of Rider No. 8 – Default Service Supply (“DSS”). For the Application Period June 1, 2024, through November 30, 2024, the Residential, Lighting, and Small C&I unit prices have changed resulting in rate decreases and increases. For the Application Period June 1, 2024, through August 31, 2024, the Medium C&I unit prices have changed resulting in increases.

Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 72 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on March 21, 2024, to become effective on April 1, 2024, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046. In Supplement No. 72, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has increased from 3.68% to 4.18% for the period April 1, 2024, through June 30, 2024. The DSIC is applicable to all rate classes. The DSIC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. C.S. § 1307(e). Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 71 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on March 20, 2024, to become effective on May 20, 2024. Supplement No. 71 was suspended until December 20, 2024, with the issuance of Supplement No. 75 to Tariff No. 25 on May 24, 2021. By operation of law and as directed in the Commission’s Order entered April 4, 2024, at Docket No. R-2024-3046523, the application of rates proposed in Supplement No. 71 to Duquesne Light Company’s Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 25 filed on March 20, 2024, to become effective on May 20, 2024, is hereby suspended until December 20, 2024. Presently effective rates and language contained in Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 25 and Supplements thereto will continue in effect until otherwise amended. Docket No. R-2024-3046523. Supplement No. 71 never became effective. See Supplement No. 75.


Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 70 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on December 21, 2023, to become effective on March 1, 2024, in compliance with the Commission Order entered January 14, 2021, at Docket No. P-2020-3019522. Supplement No. 70 updates the supply charges for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers with monthly metered demand greater than or equal to 25 kW and less than 200 kW in Rider No. 8 – Default Service Supply.

In Supplement No. 70, the supply charges for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers with monthly metered demand greater than or equal to 25 kW and less than 200 kW have decreased for the Application Period March 1, 2024, through May 31, 2024.

Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 69 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on December 21, 2023, to become effective on January 1, 2024, in compliance with Section B-1 of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Order of March 10, 1970. Supplement No. 69 updates Rider No. 10 – State Tax Adjustment (“STAS”). Part 1 of the Surcharge has decreased from (0.1358%) to (0.3517%). Part 2 of the Surcharge remains at 0.0000%. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 68 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on December 21, 2023, to become effective on January 1, 2024, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046. In Supplement No. 68, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has increased from 2.86% to 3.68% for the period January 1, 2024, through March 31, 2024. The DSIC is applicable to all rate classes. The DSIC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. C.S. § 1307(e). Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 67 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on November 30, 2023, to become effective on January 1, 2024, in compliance with the Commission Order entered February 24, 2011, at Docket No. R-2010-2179522. Supplement No. 67 makes the annual adjustment to the Company’s Universal Service Charge in accordance with the provisions of the Annual Update section of Rider No. 5 – Universal Service Charge. The USC increased from 1.544 cents per kilowatt-hour to 1.637 cents per kilowatt-hour effective January 1, 2024. The USC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. C.S. § 1307(e). Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 66 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on September 29, 2023, to become effective on December 1, 2023, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered January 14, 2021, at Docket No. P-2020-3019522.  Supplement No. 66 modifies the Residential, Lighting and the Small and Medium Commercial and Industrial rates as required in the provisions of Rider No. 8 – Default Service Supply (“DSS”).  For the Application Period December 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024, the Residential, Lighting, and Small C&I rates have decreased.  For the Application Period December 1, 2023, through February 29, 2024, the Medium C&I rates have increased.

Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 65 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on September 21, 2023, to become effective on October 1, 2023, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046. In Supplement No. 65, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has increased from 1.36% to 2.86% for the period October 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. The DSIC is applicable to all rate classes. The DSIC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. C.S. § 1307(e). Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 64 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on June 30, 2023, to become effective on September 1, 2023, in compliance with the Commission Order entered January 14, 2021, at Docket No. P-2020-3019522. Supplement No. 64 updates the supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers with monthly metered demand greater than or equal to 25 kW and less than 200 kW in Rider No. 8 – Default Service Supply.

In Supplement No. 64, the supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers with monthly metered demand greater than or equal to 25 kW and less than 200 kW has decreased from 8.4160 ¢/kWh to 6.6030 ¢/kWh for the Application Period September 1, 2023, through November 30, 2023.

In Supplement No. 63, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has increased from 0.05% to 1.36% for the period July 1, 2023, through September 30, 2023. The DSIC is applicable to all rate classes. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 62 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on May 15, 2023, to become effective on June 1, 2023. Supplement No. 62 revises the transmission rates stated in Appendix A – Transmission Service Charges (“TSC”). Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 61 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on May 1, 2023, to become effective on June 1, 2023, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered March 25, 2021, at Docket No. M-2020-3020818. Supplement No. 61 makes the annual adjustment to the Company’s Rider No. 15A - Phase IV Energy Efficiency and Conservation (“EE&C”) Surcharge as required by the provisions of the Rider. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 60 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on March 31, 2023, to become effective on June 1, 2023, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered January 14, 2021, at Docket No. P-2020-3019522. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 59 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on March 31, 2023, to become effective on June 1, 2023, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered January 14, 2021, at Docket No. P-2020-3019522. Supplement No. 59 modifies the Residential, Lighting and the Small and Medium Commercial and Industrial rates as required in the provisions of Rider No. 8 – Default Service Supply (“DSS”).

For the Application Period June 1, 2022, through November 30, 2023:

  • the supply charge for Residential customers has increased from 8.8349 ¢/kWh to 9.1956 ¢/kWh;
  • the EV-TOU Peak supply charge for Residential customers has decreased from 12.5930 ¢/kWh to 12.5048 ¢/kWh
  • the EV-TOU Off-Peak supply charge for Residential customers has increased from 7.1538 ¢/kWh to 7.9085 ¢/kWh
  • the EV-TOU Super Off-Peak supply charge for Residential customers has increased from 5.2002 ¢/kWh to 5.7014 ¢/kWh
  • the supply charge for Small Commercial & Industrial customers has increased from 8.5288 ¢/kWh to 9.6123 ¢/kWh;
  • the EV-TOU Peak supply charge for Small Commercial & Industrial customers has increased from 11.8032 ¢/kWh to 12.7842 ¢/kWh;
  • the EV-TOU Off-Peak supply charge for Small Commercial & Industrial customers has increased from 7.2557 ¢/kWh to 8.6507 ¢/kWh;
  • the EV-TOU Super Off-Peak supply charge for Small Commercial & Industrial customers has increased from 5.2063 ¢/kWh to 6.1520 ¢/kWh
  • supply charge for Lighting customers has increased from 6.1053 ¢/kWh to 6.7945 ¢/kWh

For the Application Period June 1, 2023, through August 31, 2023:

  • the supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers has decreased from 10.0237 ¢/kWh to 8.4160 ¢/kWh;
  • the EV-TOU Peak supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers has decreased from 14.0984 ¢/kWh to 11.2765 ¢/kWh;
  • the EV-TOU Off-Peak supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers has decreased from 8.5076 ¢/kWh to 7.4899 ¢/kWh;
  • the EV-TOU Super Off-Peak supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers has decreased from 6.1060 ¢/kWh to 5.3862 ¢/kWh
  • The Table on Seventh Revised Page No. 100 has been reformatted to accommodate space constraints.
  • Rate Factors for the residential, lighting and EV-TOU customer groups have been updated as per the provisions of the Rider.

Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 58 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on March 21, 2023, to become effective on April 1, 2023, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046.  In Supplement No. 58, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has been updated as per Item No. 7 - Residual E-Factor Recovery Upon Reset to Zero under the “Customer Safeguards” section of the Rider.  The monthly charge applicable to all rates has increased from (0.08%) to 0.05% for the period April 1, 2023, through June 30, 2023.  The DSIC is applicable to all rate classes.  The DSIC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 57 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on December 23, 2022, to become effective on March 1, 2023, in compliance with the Commission Order entered January 14, 2021, at Docket No. P-2020-3019522. Supplement No. 57 updates the supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers with monthly metered demand greater than or equal to 25 kW and less than 200 kW in Rider No. 8 – Default Service Supply.

In Supplement No. 57, the supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers with monthly metered demand greater than or equal to 25 kW and less than 200 kW has decreased from 20.5977 ¢/kWh to 10.0237 ¢/kWh for the Application Period March 1, 2023, through May 31, 2023.

Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 56 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on December 21, 2022, to become effective on January 1, 2023, in compliance with Section B-1 of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Order of March 10, 1970. Supplement No. 56 updates Rider No. 10 – State Tax Adjustment Surcharge (“STAS”). Part 1 of the Surcharge has decreased from (0.0118%) to (0.1358%). Part 2 of the Surcharge remains at 0.0000%. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 55 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on December 21, 2022, to become effective on January 1, 2023, in compliance with the Commission’s Order dated May 11, 2010, at Docket No. M-2009-2123948. In Supplement No. 55, the monthly charge per meter has decreased from $0.04 to $0.00 for Poly-Phase meters effective January 1, 2023. The SMC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. C.S. § 1307(e). Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 54 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on December 21, 2022, to become effective on January 1, 2023, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046 and in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered October 27, 2022, at Docket No. M-2012-2293611.  In Supplement No. 54, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has been updated as per Item No. 7 - Residual E-Factor Recovery Upon Reset to Zero under the “Customer Safeguards” section of the Rider.  The monthly charge applicable to all rates has increased from (0.09%) to (0.08%) for the period January 1, 2023, through March 31, 2023.  In addition, language has been revised to incorporate accumulated deferred income tax (ADIT) and state income tax deductions into the DSIC calculation.  The DSIC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 53 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on December 1, 2022, to become effective on January 1, 2023, in compliance with the Commission Order entered February 24, 2011, at Docket No. R-2010-2179522. Supplement No. 53 makes the annual adjustment to the Company’s Universal Service Charge in accordance with the provisions of the Annual Update section of Rider No. 5 – Universal Service Charge. The USC increased from 1.019 cents per kilowatt-hour to 1.544 cents per kilowatt-hour effective January 1, 2023. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 52 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 25 was issued on September 30, 2022, to become effective on December 1, 2022, in compliance with the Commission’s Order entered January 14, 2021, at Docket No. P-2020-3019522. Supplement No. 52 modifies the Residential, Lighting and the Small and Medium Commercial and Industrial rates as required in the provisions of Rider No. 8 – Default Service Supply (“DSS”).

For the Application Period December 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023:

In Supplement No. 50, language in Rule No. 3 – Application was amended to revise the Company’s standard nominal service delivery voltage to include 240/480 volts, 3 wire. The modified rates contained in Supplement No. 47 reflect Duquesne’s revised Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”) rate filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) dated May 16, 2022. Supplement No.45 modifies the Fixed Retail Administrative Charge (“FRA”) as required in the provisions of Rider No. 9 – Day-Ahead Hourly Price Service (“HPS”). No. 25 was issued on March 4, 2022.  The Company filed Supplement No. 42 to Tariff No. 25 to postpone the effective date of Supplement No. 41 from April 30, 2022, to May 12, 2022.  This request came from the PaPUC’s Bureau of Technical Utility Services (“TUS”) so as to allow the Commission to consider Supplement No. 41 at Public Meeting.  Please see paragraph below in regard to Supplement No. 41 to Tariff No. 25).  Docket No.  R-2022-3031167.

Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 41 to Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 25 was issued on March 1, 2022, to become effective on April 30, 2022.  On March 4, 2022, at the request of the PaPUC’s Bureau of Technical Utility Services (“TUS”), the Company filed Supplement No. 42 to Tariff No. 25 postponing the effective date to May 12, 2022, to allow the Commission to consider Supplement No. 41 at that Public Meeting.  Supplement No. 41 was filed to clarify language in Rider No. 16 - Service to Non-Utility Generating Facilities.  Language in the “As-Used Demand Billing Determinant” definition and in the “Overage Charge” description under “Distribution” was revised to reflect the intended design of the Rider, as articulated in the Company’s testimony in Statement No. 17 of its 2021 Distribution Rate Case at Docket No. R-2021-3024750 (Order Entered December 16, 2021).  In addition, language within Rider No. 16 – Service to Non-Utility Generating Facilities was revised for housekeeping purposes.  PaPUC Order Entered May 12, 2022.  Docket No.  R-2022-3031167

• The Retail Market Enhancement Surcharge Rate for Tariff Rate Classes RS, RH and RA has decreased from 1.00 cent per customer per month to 0.00 cents per customer per month effective February 1, 2022.

• The Retail Market Enhancement Surcharge Rate for Tariff Rate Classes GS, GM < 25 kW and GMH < 25 kW has decreased from 1.00 cent per customer per month to 0.00 cents per customer per month effective February 1, 2022.

Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 27 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on May 24, 2021.  By operation of law and as directed in the Commission’s Order entered May 20, 2021, at Docket No. R-2021-3024750, the application of rates proposed in Supplement No. 25 to Duquesne Light Company’s Tariff Electric – PA. P.U.C. No. 25 filed on April 16, 2021, to become effective on June 15, 2021, is hereby suspended until January 15, 2022.  Presently effective rates and language contained in Tariff Electric – PA. • The Retail Market Enhancement Surcharge Rate for Tariff Rate Classes RS, RH and RA has increased from (1.00) cent per customer per month to 1.00 cent per customer per month effective June 1, 2021.

• The Retail Market Enhancement Surcharge Rate for Tariff Rate Classes GS, GM < 25 kW and GMH < 25 kW has increased from (1.00) cent per customer per month to 1.00 cent per customer per month effective June 1, 2021.

• The Retail Market Enhancement Surcharge Rate for Tariff Rate Classes GL, GLH, L and HVPS has increased from (1.00) cent per customer per month to 1.00 cent per customer per month effective June 1, 2021.

• The Retail Market Enhancement Surcharge Rate for Tariff Rate Classes GM > 25 kW and GMH > 25 kW has decreased from 3.00 cents per customer per month to 1.00 cents per customer per month effective June 1, 2021.

Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 17 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on December 18, 2020, to become effective on January 1, 2021, in compliance with the Commission’s Order dated May 11, 2010, at Docket No. M-2009-2123948.  In Supplement No. 17, the monthly charge per meter has decreased from $0.18 to $0.00 for Single-Phase meters effective January 1, 2021, and the monthly charge per meter has increased from ($0.94) to $0.07 for Poly-Phase meters effective January 1, 2021.  The SMC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 6 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on March 20, 2020, to become effective on April 1, 2020, in compliance with the Commission Order entered September 15, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2540046.  In Supplement No. 6, Rider No. 22 – Distribution System Improvement Charge (“DSIC”) has been updated to recover the fixed costs of eligible plant additions placed in-service beginning December 1, 2019, through February 29, 2020.  The DSIC increased from 0.43% to 1.27% for the period April 1, 2020, through June 30, 2020.  The DSIC is applicable to all rate classes.  The DSIC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 5 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on December 30, 2019, to become effective on March 1, 2020, in compliance with the Commission Order entered December 22, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2543140.  Supplement No. 5 updates Rider No. 8 – Default Service Supply.  In Supplement No. 5, the supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers with monthly metered demand equal to or greater than 25 kW and less than 200 kW has decreased from 5.5691 ¢/kWh to 4.5894 ¢/kWh for the Application Period March 1, 2020, through May 31, 2020.  The DSS is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 3 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on December 20, 2019, to become effective on January 1, 2020, in compliance with Section B-1 of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Order of March 10, 1970.  Supplement No. 3 updates Rider No. 10 – State Tax Adjustment Surcharge (“STAS”).  Part 1 of the Surcharge has decreased from 0.0072% to 0.0056%.  Part 2 of the Surcharge remains at 0.0000%.  PaPUC Secretarial Letter dated January 07, 2020.  Docket No. R-2019-3015083.

Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 2 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on December 20, 2019, to become effective on January 1, 2020, in compliance with Commission Order dated May 11, 2010, at Docket No. M-2009-2123948.  In Supplement No. 2, the monthly charge per meter has increased from $0.05 to $0.18 for Single-Phase meters effective January 1, 2020, through March 31, 2020, and the monthly charge per meter has increased from ($1.93) to ($0.94) for Poly-Phase meters effective January 1, 2020, through March 31, 2020.  The SMC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 1 to Tariff No. 25 was issued on December 2, 2019, to become effective on January 1, 2020, in compliance with the Commission Order entered February 24, 2011, at Docket No. R-2010-2179522.  Supplement No. 1 removes the List of Modifications pages numbered 2A-2V as they are no longer applicable, updates the Table of Contents to reflect the removal of those pages and, in accordance with the provisions of the Annual Update section of Rider No. 5 – Universal Service Charge, makes the annual adjustment to the Company’s Universal Service Charge.  The USC increased from 0.828 cents per kilowatt-hour to 0.965 cents per kilowatt-hour effective January 1, 2020.  The USC is subject to continuous Commission review and audit as well as reconciliation reports in accordance with Section 1307(e) of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa. Duquesne Light Company’s Tariff No. 25 was issued on October 1, 2019, to become effective on December 2, 2019.  Tariff No. 25 supersedes and cancels Tariff No. 24 and all Supplements thereto.  The changes reflected in Tariff No. 25 consist of housekeeping updates intended to clean up and streamline tariff content for ease of review.  See Pages No. 2-2V, List of Modifications Made By This Tariff, for details.  PaPUC Order - Entered November 14, 2019, at Docket No. R-2019-3013287
