Default Service Procurement
DLC is a default-service electric provider for customers who don't choose an electric generation supplier (EGS). For more information on current and previous Provider of Last Resort (POLR) contracts, go to www.duquesnelight.com/procurement.
FERC Related Filings
DLC submits filings to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). These filings are primarily related to the Company's transmission rates.
FERC Annual Filing contains a copy of the Company's annual filing submitted to FERC to establish a cost of service formula rate for determining its annual transmission revenue requirement in PJM. Appendix 1 contains the true-up calculation and Appendix 2 contains the new Network Service Rate effective June 1, 2024.
