DLC offers payment arrangements to allow customers to pay their account balance in monthly installments. Installments are billed along with your current monthly charges and both must be paid on time, in full each month. If you have whole-house electric heat or an add-on heat pump, your monthly installment would be billed along with your monthly budget amount.

- If your electric service has been disconnected, restore your service using our Restoration Portal. You may be eligible for a payment arrangement.
